From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we knew we were in good hands. Mr. Paul Lommen, our Sales Consultant, was an absolute gem. His honesty and genuine concern for our needs were evident right from the start. He took the time to understand what we were looking for in a first car and patiently listened to our preferences and concerns. Unlike other salespeople we encountered at different dealerships, Mr. Paul didn't try to push us into making a quick decision or upsell unnecessary features. I am happy with the actual service resolution to the issue my car was having. With that said, I am very dissatisfied that my car was at the dealership for 3 days, they called me to come pick it up and issue my car was having. With that said, I am very dissatisfied that my car was at the dealership for 3 days, they called me to come pick it up and I let them know I wouldn't get there until later that evening, and they still neglected to charge my vehicle. They gave it back to me at 19% charge on a Friday night at 530pm. So, due to the insanely slow chargers at the dealership (even when I was used back to the "fast" chargers) I had to sit in the lobby to charge for over an hour just to get to 60%. It is baffling to me that you would have a vehicle for 3 days and not charge it before asking the customer to come get it. It is also confusing to me that you sell electric vehicles and do not offer rapid charging on-site. Definitely dissatisfied. More

Ryan was incredibly helpful in explaining the necessary repairs and maintenance for my vehicle, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the process every step of the way. He was patient, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions and concerns. Gabriel was also exceptional in his management of the service department. He oversaw the repair process and provided regular updates on the status of my vehicle. He was approachable, friendly, and clearly dedicated to ensuring that all of his customers received the best possible service. Overall, I would highly recommend this Volkswagen dealership and their service department to anyone in need of maintenance or repairs. If I could give zero stars, I would! … my partner and I are in the market for a used car for his daughter. My partner found a Mini at this dealership that he was interested in purchasing. … my partner and I are in the market for a used car for his daughter. My partner found a Mini at this dealership that he was interested in purchasing. He called in the morning to verify that the car was available. The salesman verified that the car was available and he made an appointment to see the car at 1 pm. We dropped everything and headed toward the dealership. We drove almost 2 hours to get there. We made our appointment on time, we were there at 1 pm exactly. As we get out of our car, we see the mini pass us leaving the lot with 2 people inside the car. We went up to the front desk and ask for the sales person with whom we had made the appointment (Scott). We told Scott that we are here for the appointment to see the car, but we just say it leave the lot. We asked Scott what was going on? Scott called the sales manager (Mo) over. We discussed the situation and Mo pretended to know nothing about what was going on. He said that he didn’t know who was in the car. So, we just waited for almost an hour for the car to come back. Scott even repeatedly called the other salesperson to see what was going on. She wouldn’t answer the phone. They came back with the car about an hour later. The sales lady walked in the dealership giving the thumbs up to Mo. The guy buying the car walked up to Mo and was giving him fist bumps and thanking him. They had called the guy and let him know that we were coming in so he could beat us to the car. They knew we were coming and didn’t call us to let us know they had contacted to move his appointment up. And after we got there, Mo looked us in face and lied. Mo acted like he knew nothing about the guy coming in. He even tried to deflect the situation back on Scott. Mo is obviously sleazier than your average car salesperson. Not only were we lied to and had our afternoon completely wasted, but Mo and the sales lady unprofessionally boasted in our face how they screwed us over. What Mo didn’t know was my partner was in the market for a new A5. He’ll be looking elsewhere for his Audi. Don’t buy here! Mo and his salespeople are liars! More
