Her "touch" was not too much, not too little, "just right"... She was efficient in our communications, interacted with me via the "media" of my choice (email; phone) when I needed communication - very responsive - and helped me move quickly to close the transaction when I was ready. I went to Danbury VW a couple of weeks ago in search of my first car. I had been to several other dealerships and always left with a bad taste in my mouth. I walked in under the same idea that all car salesmen are jerks. I was pleasantly surprised when I worked with John Brennan and he was absolutely amazing. Not only was he courteous and took his time, especially after the dealership was closed, he was very knowledgeable. He even let me take the car out for a second test drive 5 minutes after we had returned due to my concern with the Jetta S's horse power. Keep it mind it was after closing around 9pm on a Tuesday. Sarah Di Fabbio was the most atypical sales-woman I've ever encountered! She wasn't pushy or cliche. She was real, honest, and worked very hard to get me the price that felt most comfortable for me.
