This dealership was fantastic! Clean, new, modern, and great selection of vehicles on the lot. John was a great salesperson- easy going, knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, especially when it came to cho great selection of vehicles on the lot. In fact, John even encouraged us to drive the other vehicles (competitors) we were considering to help ensure that we'd be choosing the vehicle that was best for us- ZERO PRESSURE. We are now VW people for life and crossing our fingers that VW produces a micro van in the near futture- a vehice somewhere in the middle of the minivan and large suv in terms of size and price so we can purchase the 'main vehicle' for or family as well (the Jetta sport wagon we purchased is our second vehicle). On pick up the manager even through in the VW t-shirt I was eyeing for no charge! Jason More

Sara not only helped me with information, test drives, etc. - during the period when I had no prospect of being a customer - but actively and adroitly stayed in touch over the 2.5-year period between when I first visited and when my prior lease ended. Her "touch" was not too much, not too little, "just right"... She was efficient in our communications, interacted with me via the "media" of my choice (email; phone) when I needed communication - very responsive - and helped me move quickly to close the transaction when I was ready. Sales was great. I love the Golf TDI. However the VW O&M Manual is crap, and I have not been able to upload my cell phone numbers into the car's bluetooth. Dealer tried but could not do it. Whenever i call they always call back with a positive atti attentiveness and professionalism of your service staff especially Tony Batiste and Jesse. Whenever i call they always call back with a positive attitude. When my daughter brings the car they extend to her that courtesy and professionalism. With the pressures that your business must experience these men have never displayed any of that in dealings with my family. They are what make your dealership so marvelous. More
