Danbury VW service department to busy After dropping off my car at 7.45 AM (and getting a rental ) for a service appointment that was scheduled two weeks beforehand, I did not hear anythin After dropping off my car at 7.45 AM (and getting a rental ) for a service appointment that was scheduled two weeks beforehand, I did not hear anything from Danbury VW. When I contact them at 4 PM I was told that they not even looked at the car and that the technicians where about to leave. I had to pick up my car, without any work done on it, because I needed it the next day. Service departments can get busy but they should at least have the time to give their customers a timely call when service can not be performed as planned. When I picked up the car I had to wait for over half an hour because they could not find the keys from a car that was parked in front of mine.... More
