So far, I have not had a great experience with this dealership. I bought, what I thought, was a great certified pre-owned 2019 Kia only to have it in the service department 5 times in the last 5 months dealership. I bought, what I thought, was a great certified pre-owned 2019 Kia only to have it in the service department 5 times in the last 5 months...for the same ever-increasing issue. This is by far one of the worse experiences I have had with a CPO vehicle in 20 years. I am very disappointed in the fact that after 5 service trips, my vehicle is still having mechanical issues. This is absolutely unacceptable. To make things worse, I was left without a vehicle every time I had to drop my vehicle off at night. I should have at least been offered a courtesy vehicle. This has just been an all-around unsatisfying experience. More
