The maintenance manager got us set up with our Oil change quickly and as organized as he could be. John also went out of the way to arrange us a lyft ride back home so we did not have to wait that long at th quickly and as organized as he could be. The only person who was kind and helpful was the advisor Jesse. No one else seemed to want to work there, everyone was rude, the manager didn’t seem to care what was going on, and no one knew how to use the Jesse. So far, I have not had a great experience with this dealership. I bought, what I thought, was a great certified pre-owned 2019 Kia only to have it in the service department 5 times in the last 5 months dealership. I bought, what I thought, was a great certified pre-owned 2019 Kia only to have it in the service department 5 times in the last 5 months...for the same ever-increasing issue. This is by far one of the worse experiences I have had with a CPO vehicle in 20 years. I am very disappointed in the fact that after 5 service trips, my vehicle is still having mechanical issues. This is absolutely unacceptable. To make things worse, I was left without a vehicle every time I had to drop my vehicle off at night. I should have at least been offered a courtesy vehicle. This has just been an all-around unsatisfying experience. More
