I purchased a 2022 Mustang Mach-E from Vista Ford and dealt with Andrew P. specifically. It was already a strange experience pre-ordering a car I never had a chance to test drive back in January and not receive the car until the end of June, but Vista Ford and Andrew made the process so straightforward and kept me inform the entire time period. Andrew called me often to provide me with order/production/shipping updates. The day I picked up the car, Andrew walk me through each step of the process (including a trade-in), putting the financing in place (John S. the Finance Director was fantastic too!), and providing a hands-on/in-depth tutorial in the new car as it has quite a lot of bells and whistles. Andrew is relocating down to a San Diego Ford dealership, however, he vouches for the entire team at Vista Ford and they definitely have a customer for life in me.
