No sleazy pushy salesman or gimmicks. Just solid vehicles. I drove 49 miles and passed up many dealerships, to buy a car from Vista Ford. As if that isn't convening enough there's more. He gave me an offer on a low mileage lease return I could not refuse. He was also able to negotiate a low interest rate on my less-than-stealer credit and got me into a low monthly payment loan that meet my budget. Nissim in finance is detailed and proceeded my paperwork quickly. He's patient and explained the loan and warranty terms in detail. My salesman Henry was over the top FRIENDLY and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. It's not exaggeration to say he knows Ford vehicles inside and out. He sat with me for 30 minutes, after my purchase, to go over all of the bells and whistles on my car. He even programmed the blue tooth feature to my iPhone. This was THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had! No sleazy pushy salesman or sales gimmicks. Just solid vehicles and honest conversations. More
HORRIBLE INCOMPETENT SERVICE DEPT! NASTY AMATEURS! - Brought my car in for a suspected exhaust leak. Strong fumes/chemical odor in the car. Soon as Service Advisor comes up, says "you NASTY AMATEURS! - Brought my car in for a suspected exhaust leak. Strong fumes/chemical odor in the car. Soon as Service Advisor comes up, says "you prob know about the exhaust problem from the news." and said there was no fix. He couldn't figure out the smell, then said he couldn't smell anything. I got the GM (part owner also) to come out and he too smelled the strong chemical odor. Then the svc adv noticed the canvas seat cover I have in the backseat. Told him it was for my dog and that NO, my 8-LBS dog has never ever had an accident in the car, nor was anything spilled in the car, EVER. But I knew he was seizing on the cover anyway. They had my car all day and never called me w update. I finally call at 5p and got the "I was just going to call you" bit. They found an oil leak. Then the Svc Mgr Ken told me he was an "animal technician" for 20 years (real impressive, buddy) and in his "expert" opinion it was a dog odor. Um, NO it's a chemical odor (like your GM said). After 20 years of catching dogs maybe the smell is stuck in your nose. And being a 20-yr dog catcher isn't something I'd be bragging about to bolster my auto repair resume. Just an overall ignorant guy. Biggest bunch of lazy amateurs I've ever seen! And based on the fact the GM/Owner was involved I wouldn't buy anything from them as they can't be trusted since this is an acceptable level of service to the owners. More

Waited another hour for financing to start, then was another 45 min with that paperwork. Was pushed to buy extra insurance from finance guy, which I did not appreciate. Arrived at 12 pm and left at 4.30....4.5 hours of buying a used car. While waiting for all of this to take place, the salesmen were slapping high fives on the sales floor, celebrating the sales they were making that day. Perhaps they should have paid more attention to the customer(s)? I should have walked away, but I needed a truck the next day. "Your complete satisfaction is our #1 concern"...yea right. Need to change to "OUR complete satisfaction is OUR only goal" More

Total fraud, cheaters, avoid at all cost! The salesman pressured me in buying the car I did not like while offering to pay my remaining lease payments. They returned my car but did not pay, unknown to me they listed that I should pay that! They also totally misrepresented the car, turned out it was already in the accident, they sold it as new! They did not let me call anyone for help describing how great the deal they wanted to offer. It was another lie as much much more, its just too painful to talk about. I called the manager who just dismissed me. More
