Where do I start. purchased my murano new and it took 2 weeks to get my second fob. took it in for rear hatch motor and they took forever to diagnose and repair. just purchased my murano new and it took 2 weeks to get my second fob. took it in for rear hatch motor and they took forever to diagnose and repair. just took it in for white smoke coming out of exhaust . they removed oil cap and saw a little sludge so right away it's all sludge up and wanted oil change records. I change my own oil and keep track in a notebook but that doesn't suffice according to nissan because I don't have all my receipts. I purchase mobile 1 from Wal-Mart so I don't keep my grocery receipts for three years. the service manager said it's only common sense to keep the receipts so my records are not believable . After a couple of years the ink on receipts just fades away so that logic doesn't make sense. Not one thing in owners manual says anything about documenting oil changes so pretty much they are requiring you to take it back to nissan for oil changes. I've never dealt with a more rude person as the service manager. He isn't going to address the white smoke as he saw some sludge. The communication stinks. Had to call for an update and got nothing but a run around. Went to pick up car because I'm totally disgusted with this dealership and car was just sitting in shop. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. I don't know how you can run a business like this. When the service writer wrote up our work order they added 10,000 miles to our odometer reading. Luckily we looked it over and when we brought it to her attention she said oh haha my bad.That could really affect your warranty work and what's covered. One unhappy disgusted customer More
