When i got to kia my sales rep was Mike Lanze and he was kind super friendly and understood that driving a manual and my budget was final. Mike was very patient with my pickiness and found me the perfect car! I will recommend anyone that is looking for a car! More

Poor Service Be careful when it comes to free oil changes. When I visited today to have an oil change on my 2012 Sorento, they told me the drain plug could not be Be careful when it comes to free oil changes. When I visited today to have an oil change on my 2012 Sorento, they told me the drain plug could not be removed because the threads were worn and the entire oil pan needed to be replaced. I was given an estimate of over $300 to change the complete oil pan on the engine. When I suggested this should be replaced for free (since all oil changes were done by Vision), the Service Manager said this is a wear item and I would have to pay for the replacement. I declined the service and took the vehicle home. I was able to remove the drain plug and the threads were stripped, obviously due to over tightening. Luckily, the threads were OK in the oil pan so I spent $1.50 for a new drain plug and changed my own oil. They could have taken responsibility for this issue but decided to try and get more than $300 from me to cover their mistake. More

I drove to the dealership with the hope that I could get someone to just let me know it was safe to drive back and forth to Utica until I could schedule an appointment for service. Not only did they take my car right in, they fixed the issue and upon noticing I was going to need an oil change in next few weeks, they did that as well so I wouldn't have to come back!!! That, my friends, is why I'm on my 4th Kia from Vision! More

The vehicle that I purchased was nothing less than a "demon car"; I had to return 4 times for service and repairs within the first 3 months of owning the car and the fourth time I was told the part that was needed was NOT covered under the extended warranty I was shamed into purchasing. This dealership and its employees are horrible and unprofessional. More
I am in college and was looking for a cheap new car. I was looking for a low payment and a reliable car. I heard good things about the KIA warranty from a friend. I drove the Soul, Rio, and Forte. I worke was looking for a low payment and a reliable car. I heard good things about the KIA warranty from a friend. I drove the Soul, Rio, and Forte. I worked with Rick Peeso at Vision KIA in Fairport NY. I decided on the Soul and Rick was able to locate a Red one for me. They only had Black and Silver on the lot. I had been at other dealerships and was not treated seriously. This was not the case with Rick. He allowed me to take the time to find the car that was right for me and did not push me towards making a decision. I ended up coming back the next day with my parents. We ended up paying slightly more a month for the Soul but with free oil changes and free roadside service we decided it was worth it. I picked it up two days later. The soul was everything i wanted and Rick was Excellent. I would definately recommend Rick to my friends. More
