Leased a new Kia Optima I worked with John on the lease of an Optima. We showed up two hours before the dealership closed, test drove the vehicle and got everything done that I worked with John on the lease of an Optima. There were no surprises, we transferred plates from an old car and drove off. Excellent A friend of mine told me about this place for new cars. I looked on the website first to see what they had and realized they didnt have many manuals. Poor Service Be careful when it comes to free oil changes. When I visited today to have an oil change on my 2012 Sorento, they told me the drain plug could not be Be careful when it comes to free oil changes. When I visited today to have an oil change on my 2012 Sorento, they told me the drain plug could not be removed because the threads were worn and the entire oil pan needed to be replaced. I was given an estimate of over $300 to change the complete oil pan on the engine. When I suggested this should be replaced for free (since all oil changes were done by Vision), the Service Manager said this is a wear item and I would have to pay for the replacement. I declined the service and took the vehicle home. I was able to remove the drain plug and the threads were stripped, obviously due to over tightening. Luckily, the threads were OK in the oil pan so I spent $1.50 for a new drain plug and changed my own oil. They could have taken responsibility for this issue but decided to try and get more than $300 from me to cover their mistake. More

I drove to the dealership with the hope that I could get someone to just let me know it was safe to drive back and forth to Utica until I could schedule an appointment for service. Not only did they take my car right in, they fixed the issue and upon noticing I was going to need an oil change in next few weeks, they did that as well so I wouldn't have to come back!!! That, my friends, is why I'm on my 4th Kia from Vision! More

Deceitful" cattle herders" I will NEVER recommend Vision Kia of Fairport to anyone. They get you in the door, sell you a car and could care less if they ever see you again. The vehicle that I purchased was nothing less than a "demon car"; I had to return 4 times for service and repairs within the first 3 months of owning the car and the fourth time I was told the part that was needed was NOT covered under the extended warranty I was shamed into purchasing. This dealership and its employees are horrible and unprofessional. More
