My car left the dealership n worse condition that when it was brought there. Had no leaks or evidence of any brake line leaks all prior to my visit. My car was towed back to me after a visit at your shop wit was brought there. Had no leaks or evidence of any brake line leaks all prior to my visit. My car was towed back to me after a visit at your shop with something dragging on the ground thar shoukd be atrached somewhere and the car sounding completely awful. I don't know what kind of dealership would want aomething haning off a customer's car before it left the setvice department. I visually see no signs that recalls were done. One of the recall sheets I received in the mail (for the ignition cylinder) stated that stickers would be placed on the window to deter the after this work was done. There are no stickers present. I am not sure why my car was there all day and it looks and sounds worse than when I brought it in. The worst service I have ever received. I was already weary of Kia after the number of thefts locally that happen daily and lack of accounbility for failing to use immobilizers in certain vehicle years. I now know with certainty that I will never buy a Kia again, or return to your dealership if it can be helped. More

The staff is extremely welcoming. They have a comfortable waiting area. They came and got me when the work was done and they also told me about some work that needed to be done.
