He was very good at giving me a courteous and professional explanation of the blaring sound that my car was emitting. Even though there was nothing the dealership could do about it, Mark showed m professional explanation of the blaring sound that my car was emitting. Even though there was nothing the dealership could do about it, Mark showed me in my car and demonstrated how the battery emits the loud annoying sound when engaged and was a safety feature that was never shown to me by the salesman I bought the car from.
