The Service Department was very busy. It shouldn't take 2 hours for a NYS Inspection! I wanted to ask them to check my drivers side rear tire, but I didn't have any more time to wait. And It shouldn't take 2 hours for a NYS Inspection! I wanted to ask them to check my drivers side rear tire, but I didn't have any more time to wait. And they are supposed to do a 100 point check of my vehicle including filling the tires with air, and that wasn't done either. I was quite disappointed, but I had another appointment to go to. More
