Came in with a transmission light on and on the way my battery light came on, it was 2:00pm and they took my car in after explaining and handing them The broken belt. I had to call them around 5:00 pm to battery light came on, it was 2:00pm and they took my car in after explaining and handing them The broken belt. I had to call them around 5:00 pm to find out and they said we can’t get an alternator belt until 1st thing tomorrow, and it will be $499.00. After laughing at him he said the belt costs $130.00? They offered a cheaper one at $90.00 but did not give it to me. He said hold on and let me look for a coupon?? (Same thing they said last time) so next morning I was charged $330.00 for one alternator belt. Unreal…. I have been taken twice by this dealer and would not recommend them for squat! Not a new car or even getting air in a tire… that may cost you $199.99. More
