There is no one to answer phones. So you leave a message and no one calls. We took vehicle in for inspection. We thought there may be additional work to be done. Had to replace tires after 20,000 miles. I only get my car serviced at this dealership and was never asked to have tires rotated during any oil change. Just received an email saying I did I only get my car serviced at this dealership and was never asked to have tires rotated during any oil change. Just received an email saying I did not show up at this appointment. When I scheduled my service appointment, I have to go in as a new person every time even though I bought my car in 2022 and this is my second vehicle from the dealership. I asked multiple time to update my information. However, they have no trouble calling me to tell me they have a big event every weekend. More

I stoped in without an appointment for an oil change. Service department got me as soon as possible. But, I wasn’t aware of the price went up from 20.00 to 60.00. And the 60 if you don’t have a coupon . Service department got me as soon as possible. But, I wasn’t aware of the price went up from 20.00 to 60.00. And the 60 if you don’t have a coupon . With coupon, it cheaper. I think vision should have kept it at the 20.00 mark. More
