I would just like to thank you! A few months ago I had I would just like to thank you! A few months ago I had been shopping around for vehicles. I had actually heard pretty negative comments from frien I would just like to thank you! A few months ago I had been shopping around for vehicles. I had actually heard pretty negative comments from friends about Vision Dealerships. However, I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. And boy am I glad I did! I was looking at two Avalanches that were on the lot. The salesman flat out told me I 'could not afford the vehicle'. Probably because I did not tell him how much money I was going to put down or how much cash I had. I would not ever walk in and tell a salesman how much cash I actually have. He then tried to sell me some overpriced LS (base model) Trailblazer. So to make this short, I'd just like to say thank you for turning me down, I took my money elsewhere and found a Tahoe at a different dealership. Basically the same vehicle the man said I could not afford. So I just wanted to say thanks again for allowing me to keep shopping around! Had I purchased the Avalanche I would not have found my Tahoe. I won’t ever recommend Vision Dealerships to anyone! Thanks again! Chris More
I bought a new Hyundai Elantra a few months ago, and along with this purchase came free oil changes for life. Today (Saturday) I took my car in for a free oil change at 3:30, as scheduled earlier in th along with this purchase came free oil changes for life. Today (Saturday) I took my car in for a free oil change at 3:30, as scheduled earlier in the week. When I dropped off the car, the man at the desk told me it would take 40 minutes to an hour, so I went to run errands with my mother. I returned at 5:25 to find all of the doors to the service department and the dealership locked. My car was in the parking lot with the doors unlocked, valuables inside, and no keys to be found. I looked at the sign on the door and found that they had closed at 5pm. Well, a phone call or a reminder when I'd dropped off my car would've been nice. They are closed on Sundays. I live a half hour drive away. I called their number, and I could not reach anyone or even leave a message. They have ALL of my keys, including my home keys. I am stranded with no car. I think that any idiot with minimal customer service skills would've taken 60 seconds to call me, before closing, to remind me to pick up the car as it was clearly not my intention to leave it there until they reopen on Monday. The epitome of laziness and crap customer service. More
