Spent over 2 hours waiting for a tire rotation and oil change even with an appointment. We waisted all afternoon on my day off getting this service done. Also they were going to appraise our SUV to possib change even with an appointment. We waisted all afternoon on my day off getting this service done. All though they lady who works as a the cashier is always very friendly. More

I made an appointment to look at a specific car. Sales associate set up the appointment for 1:00 pm. When I arrived at the dealership they were unaware that I had made an appointment.
