Salesman unprofessional from start to finish. Didn’t give me any information at all about the extra package that you can get which is added on to the payment, when he knew what I could afford. He Didn’t give me any information at all about the extra package that you can get which is added on to the payment, when he knew what I could afford. He didn’t even know that the model of my Elantra couldn’t hook up to Sirius radio. He said when showing me the car that it was equipped with it!!! Also didn’t tell me the exact day my payment is due. And they didn’t take the rest of my down payment and had to call me for it the day after I picked the car up. And salesman’s desk area was very messy. Half full pop bottles, crumbs, paperwork in disarray. Not a pleasant experience at all. I don’t know if it was because I was turning in a lease and getting another lease? I won’t be getting another car from Vision again, and my partner and I have gotten 7 cars altogether from them in the past. Not happy at all. Salesman was Chris Williams. Oh and when he got back from Florida and he was to get in touch with me about when to come in and get the car, I had to call him!!! More
