This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership. From communicating by phone with the sales person who didn’t work with me for anything I asked for and claimed vehicles, that are now sti dealership. From communicating by phone with the sales person who didn’t work with me for anything I asked for and claimed vehicles, that are now still on the lot, were not available to not even going over the lease terms with me at signing. They just wanted me in and out, and I believe forced me to take a lemon because they knew I didn’t live in the area and wouldn’t be a problem. When I left the dealership my tires started losing pressure and the foot wells were covered in grass. I dealt with everything myself, to avoid further contact with the lackluster staff. They take no pride in their work nor do they take it seriously that people are working hard for their money and spending thousands at their business which shouldn’t be taken lightly, especially with the current economy. It’s been 4 months now since I got my lease. The dealer misreported the date that I dropped my old vehicle off, and Hyundai motor finance tried to charge me $1000.00, negating my loyalty credit and waiver of the turn in fee because they weren’t aware I had ended one lease and left my car to begin a new lease. After spending an hour on the phone I got it resolved. However, since the dealer used the wrong address on the paperwork, I didn’t receive this bill, which should have never become a bill, and it harmed my credit. The final icing on the cake today was my car stalling. A 2020 car that’s been driven for four months, now doesn’t run, and I’m stuck without a car trying to find a local dealership in NYC during covid so I can ensure everything is covered under warranty. Avoid this dealer, there are plenty of Hyundai dealers around Rochester and the surrounding areas that will take your money and patronage seriously. This business is shameful. More

I live over an hour away and have a busy work schedule. I've been calling about moisture and water in the headlight since week 1. They said I need to come show them. By the time I can get a day off from work each time the moisture is evaporating. This time I am off work and finally can come show them in person (because they won't accept pictures). Now they say it's not overed because of time. I've been begging since the week of purchase and now they won't cover anything. So much for that extended warranty. We're in the market for 2 more vehicles as my husband and I need personal vehicles (and not the work commuters that I bought here) and I'll drop my 40k plus elsewhere where a warranty is honored. Lesson learned. Sorry vision, we were loyal for many vehicles until your lackadaisical and "sorry oh well" attitude. We're very disappointed. More

Service Department does a great job! I have had my Hyundai for 3 years now so I have had to go in and use the service for oil changes and just routine checks. Every time I have gone in it I have had my Hyundai for 3 years now so I have had to go in and use the service for oil changes and just routine checks. Every time I have gone in it has been a pleasant experience. No Games or long waiting times-- it is just like the service I receive from my Lexus dealer. I would not hesitate to buy another Hyundai (but I would go to a different dealer for the purchase and stay here for the service). More
