I made an appointment to look at a specific car. Sales associate set up the appointment for 1:00 pm. When I arrived at the dealership they were unaware that I had made an appointment. The last time I was trying to settle on a price asking questions from the quote print out that was given to me, he just cut me off in between and his exact words "I DONT CARE". He was like if I want to buy the vehicle I can or he can find another buyer. I visited a lot of dealerships shopping for cars and I negotiated the same way with everyone, no one was ever this rude. they were all polite enough to let me know the best they could do and no more than that. This is supposed to a professional dealership and not a Facebook market place to act so rude and impatient. They ran a credit check on me without having enough knowledge about the 0% APR finance process. if you are selling something as expensive as $20,000+, as a customer I'd expect the dealership to know everything and prompt to clarify any details with me BEFORE running the credit check. HIGHLY irresponsible of that sales person Eddie. At least the remaining staff were nice to me. More

Dealership is clean and friendly. Sales staff are good at what they do but we had trouble in the salesman going over the workings of the electronic dash. He was thorough and all but to a couple of limited computer savvy people, we were lost with the volume of information that was presented in the 15 minute introduction. Our other complaint was that the back office financial officer was very vague in going over the documents that needed signing. We were told that "you will need these to go with the vehicle and proceeded to present a dozen or more documents to sign. The LoJack one was NOT explained that it was for a 86 month prepaid charge to us. They also failed to tell us that a module needed to be installed on the vehicle causing us to have another two hour drive to get it done. Sales taxes were never discussed, leaving us to wonder if we were going have to pay them at the time of the titlement with DMV. We called the service manager to get the LoJack module installed and was given a date and time to get it done. When we arrived for the install, they could not find any scheduled slot in our name, however, to their behalf, they got us in withing an hour for it to be done. (When the salesman saw us sitting in the waiting area, he asked why we were there and we told him that the module had to be installed. He said that he was under the impression that it had been installed BEFORE we took possession of the vehicle. We like the vehicle but the dealership has fallen short of what we expected in this deal. We will have second thoughts in recommending this dealer to anyone else .... More
spoke with an internet salesperson about a vehicle that showed up on the website I then found out that the vehicle was available and planned on coming in to put a deposit down and purchase. And that I would have to put a $500 minimum deposit down that is not refundable should you not buy finished buying the car.
