Taken my car here for years. Really sad they lost Cameron, he was a great service advisor/manager. Cared about his customers and workers!! Don’t feel like the new one cares about us like he did. Sometimes they don’t listen (specifically asked for full synthetic and they gave me regular oil last year). I also asked for them to use my free oil changes for life card (so it should be about $30 w full synthetic) and they just charged me full price. Everyone was busy or unavailable so had to just pay it. They’ve been disappointing lately, unfortunately. Once I hit 100,000 miles I won’t come back. More

They are professional and always listen to you about your car's problem. They explain things to you and how quickly a worn part should be changed - sometimes it is immediately and sometimes they tell you tha car's problem. Disappointed in Canandaigua Vision Hyundai. We purchased a barely used 2023 Hyundai Elantra March 6th. Last Thursday I tried using the A/C first time……didn’t work. Took it in for service on Wed We purchased a barely used 2023 Hyundai Elantra March 6th. Last Thursday I tried using the A/C first time……didn’t work. Took it in for service on Wednesday fully expecting it to be a warranty repair. A couple hours later I got a call telling me the problem was caused by stone going through the grill cracking the condenser…..a $1500 repair not covered by warranty. Went to their service department today asking to see certification records for the car. The only inspection and certification records they could provide were from early last summer and October 2023. Those records could not demonstrate that the damage to the A/C wasn’t already there when we bought the car. Ultimately talked to the manager. After pleading our case, he produced a 3rd document dated March 6th claiming it demonstrated inspection on date of sale. From what I could see, it appeared to be nothing more than their record of the sale. Under the circumstances I suggested it be appropriate for the repair cost to be a shared responsibility. I was bluntly told “absolutely not”. More

I used to love Hyundai but since it’s been sold, the service and care has diminished greatly. I highly recommend Vision Hyundai for auto repair and maintenance. The mechanics are top notch. They are great at diagnostics and repairs and they’re intuitive problem solvers who work hard to do the jo maintenance. The mechanics are top notch.
