The actual service is great and I always feel like they are reliable and honest BUT it has gotten very difficult to communicate with anyone. Chad was amazing , the warranty company was being difficult about my repair and he went above and beyond to make sure they did right by his customer . Poor communication with customers. Brought car in to be looked at for an estimate on my engine. The car sat for over a month, most of which i received no update for. Attempting to call Brought car in to be looked at for an estimate on my engine. The car sat for over a month, most of which i received no update for. Attempting to call them would end up leaving me with an “Well we don’t know” every time i asked about my vehicle. At one point, they tried to give it back to me without ever checking the engine or diagnosing an issue. They even stated they “fixed” a recall which needed to be done, but upon talking to another worker, it turns out it hadn’t been done. They talked badly about the condition of the interior of my car, stating that i was a dirty person and the interior of my car “reflected negligence.” After over a month we got the diagnosis completed finally, and upon attempting to retrieve the car, which we notified the dealership we would he doing, as we didn’t want it serviced by this specific dealership anymore, upon arrival it was noted that my vehicle was sitting outside, on the grass, with the engine cover still removed, exposed to the elements. According to their paperwork they should have completely resealed the engine cover back onto the engine. This was not done and it took them almost an hour to do while they stood outside, all leaning on my car while one person worked on the engine cover. Overall a horrible experience with this dealership after they told us bringing our car there would be a better bet than any dealership closer to us. Horrible customer service, terrible communication, and terrible car service in general. More
