Had to wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They were going to charge me $114. After questioning them why so high they said prices went up 8 months ago. When on July 2nd my bill for the same They were going to charge me $114. After questioning them why so high they said prices went up 8 months ago. When on July 2nd my bill for the same service was $70.43. I told them I had another appointment across town and would be late, could I please come back after my appointment and make payment then. The answer was no. I ended up being late for my years of service dinner. 34 years in customer service award. They ended up not charging me. I purchased my tires there in January, you would think my rotation would be free. This is our 6th Hyundai we have purchased, 5 from vision Canandaigua, in the last 26 years. More
