I did have a concern about a noise as my car has only 7,000 mi. They were unable to replicate it. I did ask how this would be documented as it is a lease. They said they would check at each visit. It felt to be an unsatisfactory answer but I could see I was not going to receive any more information regarding how Vision addresses a situation like this. Somewhat disconcerting being my car is new and is making a noise already ( and it is a lease). More
