Waited for over 2 hours for them to run an hour software update. Tried to sell me on a very expensive part that was not needed, and also had a salesperson call me while I was still in the waiting area To bu update. I came for an oil change , they got me in right away , which I really appreciated . During the oil change they found a mouse nest , they cleaned it out and replaced my filters very quickly and got me on m which I really appreciated . Have bought 3 cars from this dealership and this will be the last. Excellent customer service with the first purchase and it’s been downhill since then. Can’t even get anyone to return calls. No communication what so ever. Said they'd call with updates never did, we had to drive to the dealership to get answers. And threw their hands up stating they had no idea what else to do and sent me to another dealer, and that was only service. Sales was worse. I will never buy a vehicle from them again More
