Dropped car off on a Wednesday asked if they could call on Monday to update me...I called 1:15 was on hold for about 6 minutes or so was told I'm not the person you were working with I will have him (mark) on Monday to update me...I called 1:15 was on hold for about 6 minutes or so was told I'm not the person you were working with I will have him (mark) call you. 5:15 I called back because I had got a call was on hold for 39 minutes and still no answer on the update. Call the next day about 7:45 was I hold for 20plus minutes 9:15 ish I got a call from Chad to said we just have to do the grill. Got to pick up my car the have to wait for the 3 people ahead of me then to fine that my deer alerts where not there and that was another 6 minutes wait. Now today I have to pay $6.20 to get them from the post office. I'm beyond frustrated with this visit More
