Your AI gave me a noon appointment when the service department is closed from noon to one. Then they 'recommended' services and made it sound like they were necessary. It's a new car with 12000 miles o department is closed from noon to one. Then they 'recommended' services and made it sound like they were necessary. I had made my appointment on line and received a confirmation, however when I showed up for my appointment, they had no record of my appointment. They told me that despite this they did have time to confirmation, however when I showed up for my appointment, they had no record of my appointment.
