No problem with the personal, very curious and respectful. They said it would be about a one hour wait, so I waited. It was over 2 hours that was the only thing that was disappointing. Making an appointment was awful! I could never get through to my garage directly. Kept getting connected to a call center. When I asked to speak directly with my service center, I wa I could never get through to my garage directly. Kept getting connected to a call center. When I asked to speak directly with my service center, I was placed on hold for over a half hour and no one ever picked up. I could not speak with my service tech to check on the status of my repair. I had to drive to the garage daily to get an update. Mark and Chad were awesome 5?? for each of them!!!! Andy Jared too!!!!! Something needs to be done about making appointments. AI is not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!! More
