Poor service. So much for service after the sale. Reasons: Difficulty yo contact service center phone calls are not returned. , Then at time of oil change on Oct So much for service after the sale. Reasons: Difficulty yo contact service center phone calls are not returned. , Then at time of oil change on Oct 16 was told the cost of oil change to which I said I have50% off. Service worker told me that this was not available any more. I said it would be nice to have been told. He then suggested it was a contract made with my sales person. and asked who it was. Unfortunately that salesman is gone. At time of checking out Chad Zimmerman told me that he contacted someone and grandfathered me in to always receive 50% but guess what I did not get 50% off The past bills when I got 50% off the discount was 42.22 The discount on Oct 16 was only 22.22 . I did ask if there was an easier way to make a service apartment. He said call. I said I did that and it takes forever to get a return call. He told me thats because they get bover 250 calls a day. It was very difficult to not laugh in his face.. This experience is making me wonder if my next purchase will be from Vision Hyundai. It would be nice to be contacted that you actually care about my opinion. More

Years ago- it was a comfortable friendly place to go get my car serviced in a timely manner without the stress of upselling. I feel like I’m bothering them every time I go there. And after many years of lo my car serviced in a timely manner without the stress of upselling. I feel like I’m bothering them every time I go there. And after many years of loyalty I am charged $103 for an oil change and tire rotation. When I desperately needed repairs- I was told it would be 2-3 weeks until I could get an appointment.
