I always have good service there but this time I had to go and have my oil change which I had an appointment for it took one hour and 45 minutes to me. Last time I waited 2 hr for recall fix to find out they didn’t have the part. This time I was told by the service department when they called to reschedule that it would take about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs I was th didn’t have the part. This time I was told by the service department when they called to reschedule that it would take about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs I was there almost 3 hrs. The girl at the desk said it took so long because mechanic had to read the direction on how to do the job. REALLY!! Shouldn’t they know how to do the job ? Maybe your service department people need more training on how to do their jobs and also be more prepared so we don’t have to wait so long. Poor management in service dept. salesman are awesome but this will be my last car from this store. I have had a lot of issues with service also in the past and the people in office that do registrations and plates. I did leave my opinion when I got survey after I got the car. Look it up. The salesman Ed Stebbins is awesome. Great guy He is an asset to your company. To bad service and office people are not as good. Thank you for letting me sound off. More
The service was good and the employees at dealership treated us very good and explained the service work on the car. I scheduled oil change and tire rotation. When the car was ready for me to pick up, the interior was dirty with oil on the center console and grease on the inside driver door. I complained to When the car was ready for me to pick up, the interior was dirty with oil on the center console and grease on the inside driver door. I complained to the service manager and it was cleaned up, and as an extra they had the exterior washed as well. I’m happy they made it right but they should’ve taken care to not dirty up the interior to begin with, or at the very least cleaned it up before handing it back over. More
