Very hard to reach by phone and sometimes takes a day or two to get called back if they do. Don’t seem to have good connection with the online scheduling system. (Although yesterday for the first time my ca two to get called back if they do. Don’t seem to have good connection with the online scheduling system. (Although yesterday for the first time my call was answered and the person helped.) All my services have been recalls so don’t know about pricing. Left software update device in my car (took two trips back into dealership from lot to solve beeping), back cover open and tire kit open and apart. Not serious, but makes one wonder how well the service attention to detail is and whether it was done correctly. On a positive note, everyone is pleasant in person and seem to be helpful. Also very annoying to get sales call while I waited asking if I want to sell the car. More

There is no one to answer phones. So you leave a message and no one calls. We took vehicle in for inspection. We thought there may be additional work to be done.
