I enjoy going here for both sales and service. It's the people that makes all the difference. They are helpful and easy to talk to, and seem to take a sincere interest in my issues or questions. High volume car dealership and it felt that way when we were there making our deal. Our salesman was helpful, instructive an not pushy. We appreciated that very much. Unfortunately, we had an appointment at 4:00pm on Friday afternoon. The dealership was very busy and we ended up waiting until 6:00pm in order to complete all of the paperwork. That was quitting time and once I completed the final paperwork the finance manager locked the showroom and left. My wife was still sitting in the new car learning some new features with our salesman at that point. He was locked out of the building! It appeared that they were more interested going home on a Friday afternoon than providing a more personal and attentive experience for us. I still feel like we got the best possible deal and we really like our new car, but it wasn’t a very personal transaction. More
