Went in for a test drive offer, got nothing but harassment I signed up for a test drive offer and within 24 hours of signing up I had multiple sales individuals sending me multiple emails each. In addition to all the emails, I received multiple phone calls. I answered the second call and politely told the woman I signed up for the test drive offer and she became very rude and told me I NEEDED to come in ASAP because the promotion would be over any moment, even though when I signed up it clearly stated I had a week. When I went into the dealer, they had a TV right by the door with the volume turned up so loud people in back corners could hear it through cubicle walls and it was impossible to have a conversation with anyone right there. I went to the receptionist and he announced over the intercom someone was here to "buy a car' The salesman who came over was named Billy and he was nice enough, but clearly had no idea what he was doing with the test drive offer so I had to wait at his desk for quite awhile. At this time I noticed that the dealer, while on the surface looked bright and shinny, was actually filthy dirty. I suspect they use detailing supplies to get a nice luster on surfaces at eye level and leave the rest alone. I was finally able to submit my offer and was told I would be mailed the gift card, even though the paperwork said it would be emailed. It has now been about 3 weeks since I was there and I still have not gotten the gift card for test driving I was promised, yet I continue to receive emails. I just checked the online tracking for my gift card and it said it was redeemed and had been sent to me, but I never received it. I have been to several dealers in Western NY to test drive, buy, sell or lease and this was by far the worst dealer I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. More
