Poor customer service I purchased my car on July 2nd of this year. The SD card for navigation was missing. When I purchased it, they said they kept it for safe keeping, a I purchased my car on July 2nd of this year. The SD card for navigation was missing. When I purchased it, they said they kept it for safe keeping, and would get it upon delivery. When I picked up the car, it was not there. They stated they would acquire me a new one, and it should take about one week. Six weeks later I still have not received it. They also offered me an extended warranty if I was interested. I have attempted to contact the dealer's business manager Tyler Castelli many times. He has NEVER returned my call. More importantly they issued me a temporary registration as they handled the documents with the DMV. It has been 45 days, and the temporary registration has expired. They were to transfer my plates from my old car to the new one, but have not done so as of yet. When I attempted to do this through the DMV I was told I cannot, as I need the title. So now I can't drive my vehicle. I have called there 18 times (all documented,) but have only received one return call and that was weeks ago. When you call the dealership they ALWAYS transfer you to voicemail, and the calls go unreturned. So at this point: 1. I cannot update the old software in my car as you need the navigation SD card to do so. 2. Obtain the extended warranty that I wanted to purchase. 3. Drive my car as the registration has expired. More frustrating than anything is the fact that only one of 18 phone calls was returned to me. They were very responsive till I turned over the payment to them. Good luck to others who purchase though this dealership. More
