The staff is friendly enough. But having a hard time scheduling a time to leave my vehicle overnight for service to look at an engine noise. I need a loaner and for 2 weeks I have But having a hard time scheduling a time to leave my vehicle overnight for service to look at an engine noise. I need a loaner and for 2 weeks I have been told there isn’t one available. I don’t understand that if I schedule a specific date and time to drop off my vehicle and tell service that I will need a loaner car that they can’t either hold one for me or work out a date and time when they will have one. Very frustrated which is the reason for lower rating. Tempted to go to another Hyundai dealer for service. More

Tylor was fantastic. Got my vehicle in and out fast, but more importantly Identified the issue that caused my car’s problem and made sure it was rectified. Tylor is awesome! I have a Genesis and it is hard to get serviced, but Hyundai service dept is always willing to take a look.
