Actually, no issue any more thanks to Matthew M at your shop. My radio stopped working, and I could not hear anyone when I received calls in my car through Bluetooth. Both went out during a road trip. Tried troubleshooting the problem myself with no success. Stopped in your service center on Saturday; arrived to a rather crowded service center but so glad it was open on a Saturday. Matthew M. came out from the back and helped me right away. Dropped what he was doing and went out to my car and fixed the problem … within minutes. He went a step further and tested my ability to hear over my phone in the car and called my husband. Matthew explained to my husband in detail what went wrong with my radio and phone. I truly appreciated his help and knowledge, and I wanted to express my gratitude for his excellent customer service! I hope you will let Matthew M. know what a good job he did. Thank you! More

Honest, patient, kind, compassionate, hard working, respectful. Let me give an example: I stopped in the other day with a flat tire. AAA had changed it and placed it in my car. The service department was so busy!!!! Matt took my tire and plugged it for me! That is definitely going above and beyond the call of duty. You only deal with sales once, you deal with service for many years!!! I would not hesitate to continue to purchase my vehicles at Vision in Henrietta because of their service Department. I made an appointment to have an inspection and tire rotation done at 1PM and showed up just before one. I unfortunately gave this dealership my phone number, I got about seven calls from their "call center" advising me of a super scripted fake made up sale they were having. I then got a call from Angela Dorman who was following up because I said incredibly sarcastically via text with the 8th or so person that I was 'on the way' and do you want me to bring you all something like donuts or coffee. I said no, I'm not going in, the car I wanted was sold and I was just f*ing with you because I was pissed so many people called me, she said so you were f*ing with me, well I'm going to f* with you, it was really amazing that she could talk like that to a customer. I'm the customer, I tried to do business with you, the car was sold they claimed. Truly incredible they let their employees talk to customers like that. More

UPDATE: It took going in, but the new finance person I spoke with on 1/18, Zach, (found out he hadn’t started yet when I’d called him the week before) immediately got on the phone with management who bega spoke with on 1/18, Zach, (found out he hadn’t started yet when I’d called him the week before) immediately got on the phone with management who began a formal investigation into the possible contract fraud situation that I’d been trying to get resolved for two weeks, and two days later, I can say we have reached a mutually acceptable solution and I can now go back to enjoying my beautiful new car. I want add that my salesman, Jim Tambe, had no part in this mess up as far as I know, and he went to bat for me to get a great deal on my lease, so no shade on him from me—and management moved fast to set things right once brought in. So while there seem to be some less than stellar apples there right now, I am not going to give a blanket bad review for my mixed experience. I will just say, buyer be careful. —————- They were great until there was a problem. I leased a beautiful new Venue on Dec. 13. Received my Hyundai Finance account information in the mail a few weeks later and noticed that a) contract date was different and b) monthly payment amount was different (not only different from what was on my signed contract, but different by $52+ a month!) I immediately called Hyundai Finance who said Vision had sent them the contract they had, so if it was wrong, it needed to be fixed by them. Called Vision and spoke with Terry Butler who seemed helpful at first, but then he got transferred the next week and passed it off to someone named Zach who never responded to my calls. I tried calling the salesperson who helped me, Jim Tambe, but his voicemail is always full. I got ahold of Billy in sales on Saturday (mind you we’re going on 2 weeks since my initial call). Billy said he’d call me back “in about 10 minutes” with some answers and definitely have Finance call me that day. I sent another email to Terry—who at least responded previously saying that he had talked to Vito, the rep, but “Vito’s a busy guy.” Then Crickets all around. And when I tried calling the dealership back Saturday afternoon, no one answered the phone. My incorrect payment amount payment is coming due Friday. I am very concerned about the poor post-sale customer service (lack of), and how my not paying my bill if not corrected in time will impact my credit health. I will keep trying to get this resolved, but I am very frustrated and unhappy with the post-lease signing treatment that I am getting. Complete opposite of sales customer service. This is my third leased vehicle with them and it may be my last. I don’t usually like to name names, but I feel this situation warrants it. More

Just purchased my fourth vehicle from Vision Hyundai, 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. I was so surprised how quickly they were able to locate the vehicle I wanted and within a week and a half was ready for the 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz.
