My 1st time there for service & had no problem except waited a long time, & the part needed was not in stock! Still waiting for part to come in. Waited 2 hours when car was being inspected. When I finally asked service dept what was taking so long they said machine broke down. I said how long ago. I was in and out quickly, but they forgot to tell me the trip prior that I had to pay and order the part first...they just told me to come back the following week because the part wasn't in stock, and that trip prior that I had to pay and order the part first...they just told me to come back the following week because the part wasn't in stock, and that my car would be fixed the day the part came in...so I lost a week of time because of poor communication...but when I came back after the part was ordered and paid for everything went well and my car was fixed in a timely fashion..
