Used to love them but not anymore In October 2015 I purchased a 2016 Elantra from Vision Hyundai in Henrietta. This is actually the fourth auto I have purchased from them in the past c In October 2015 I purchased a 2016 Elantra from Vision Hyundai in Henrietta. This is actually the fourth auto I have purchased from them in the past couple of years, but as of right now it will be the last with them. When I purchased my new car I was told by the salesman, the sales manager and finance associate; that I would be receiving a refund of over $1000.00 from the extended warranty I had purchased on the 2014 Hyundai I was trading in. They confirmed for me that the refund would be mailed to me from corporate within 45 days. It's now January 2016, and I still have not received any refund. Over the past 3 months I had tried working with my Salesman, the Sales Manager and the General Manager assuming they were helping me and the whole time was actually being lied to and strung along. So far the only result is realizing that Vision Hyundai has no loyalty to repeat customers, dishonest employees and a total lack of proper customer service. So thank you, Vision Hyundai of Henrietta, for proving to me that I was wrong when I used to believe there was a good honest car dealer out there. It's better that I know the truth before I buy my next car. More
