Definitely a lack of communication when I brought my vehicle in to get repaired. I had to repeatedly call and email to get a response. Also, my daughter brought her car in for inspection, oil change and vehicle in to get repaired. I had to repeatedly call and email to get a response. Also, my daughter brought her car in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. They charged her for it, and never actually did the oil change and her car keeps indicating that it is low on oil. When she called she got an attitude and they said that they just forgot to reset the oil life meter? It still says that she needs oil. Not very happy. Used to absolutely trust this service department but since the change nothing is the same. Very disappointed. and not sure we will be releasing our next vehicles now. Rona DeMino and Ava DeMino More

I had an appointment and for an oil change and waited 3 hours. That's just inexcusable. And the service guy acted like it was no big deal all my time was waisted. Had appt for simple inspection, was there way over an hour and a half. Other people had to leave before they were seen. Same thing happened before for an oil change. I finally talked to mgr. The experience with the dealership was fine it was the experience in the waiting area this is the second time now that I wanted to have a cup of coffee and the only coffee creamer that was there was Frenc experience in the waiting area this is the second time now that I wanted to have a cup of coffee and the only coffee creamer that was there was French Vanilla and stacks of it with no other choice, everyone in this world don't care for flavored coffee and I'm one of them !
