I went in for a scheduled oil change on my Saturn because of the Saturn incentives on service. I was planning to be driving out of state, and wanted to make sure everything was okay. The service department identified a major problem, and although the department was very busy that day, the dealership managed to repair my car the same day so I could be on the road - safely - as planned.
