My serivce visit would of been better if the tire I needed was in stock and I didn't have to come back. Having never leased a car before, I was very apprehensive about the process. However, Dmitriy Akselrod immediately put my concerns to rest. He not only searched for the Verona with the exact options I wanted in the Buick database, he also kept me constantly updated about it whereabouts and I had the car within a week! When I came to pick it up, Dmitriy spent over a hour with me going over the dashboard controls and how things worked. He then set up the Sirius satellite radio and ON STAR services (which, by-the-way, are free to me with the the 2-year lease along with the first payment being made by Buick...how GREAT is that!) He also walked me through the service department and introduced me to the people there so I would know where to go for car maintenance. On the financial side, R C Cavalcanti answered all of my questions about the credit check, the lease signing and the process of returning the car at the end of the lease. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They have arranged loaners for us when a repair impacts our busy family life without hesitation. They are not the cheapest repair facility, but the value provided involves having properly trained technicians, service performed quickly, and a staff dedicated to making service as unobtusive to our daily routine as possible. I have many other experiences to contrast their customer service and competence against and have no issue telling anyone I meet to take their GM vehicle to this dealership. More
