Having never leased a car before, I was very apprehensive about the process. However, Dmitriy Akselrod immediately put my concerns to rest. He not only searched for the Verona with the exact options I wanted in the Buick database, he also kept me constantly updated about it whereabouts and I had the car within a week! When I came to pick it up, Dmitriy spent over a hour with me going over the dashboard controls and how things worked. He then set up the Sirius satellite radio and ON STAR services (which, by-the-way, are free to me with the the 2-year lease along with the first payment being made by Buick...how GREAT is that!) He also walked me through the service department and introduced me to the people there so I would know where to go for car maintenance. On the financial side, R C Cavalcanti answered all of my questions about the credit check, the lease signing and the process of returning the car at the end of the lease. He was very informative, friendly and efficient. This has been a wonderful experience...Dmitriy, R C, everyone in the Service Center were very professional, forthright and friendly. By the way, the car is BEAUTIFUL, it rides like a dream and everyone loves it. Bob Hastings Buick was certainly a lucky choice for me!! More

Bob Hastings is one of the best service departments in Rochester and we have almost ten years of experience to evaluate. We consistently find them to be focused on our staisfaction; always communicating clearly with us about repairs being made to our vehicle as well as the time needed to perform them. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They have arranged loaners for us when a repair impacts our busy family life without hesitation. They are not the cheapest repair facility, but the value provided involves having properly trained technicians, service performed quickly, and a staff dedicated to making service as unobtusive to our daily routine as possible. I have many other experiences to contrast their customer service and competence against and have no issue telling anyone I meet to take their GM vehicle to this dealership. More

I feel that have service done by a dealer is preferred offer any other shop. Yesterday I had an oil/filter change and the brake service, and today a broken trailer pigtail replaced. I have always felt that dealers should be able to obtain PARTS at a lower cost than other shops. Typically that doesn't seem to be true. It doesn't seem to me the all dealers, including GMC, is charging the best price on parts. They are the greatest volume customer in the world and why can't that cost savings be shared with the customers has always been a question I don't understand. This is the reason over the years I've gone to independent repair shops. More
