I brought my 2006 Ion for it's first NYS inspection in 4 years because I was living in MD until last month. I was treated respectfully, curteously and professionally by everyone I met. The amount of time required to complete the paper work after the service is completed needs to be reduced. My car was brought outside at least 15 minutes before the i was called to pay for service. My serivce visit would of been better if the tire I needed was in stock and I didn't have to come back.
