They took on Saturn service when my dealership closed, and they could not have been nicer. I am always treated well when I appear for my service appointments. They have a nice waiting area with tv, magazi and they could not have been nicer. I am always treated well when I appear for my service appointments. I especially appreciate that, since it's something that was often missing in the past (before Saturn). They do their best to investigate or fix anything I mention, even the little stuff (like the brake pedal squeaking). When Saturn closed I had a choice of service dealers, and I'm very glad I chose Bob Hastings Buick. More

I have had very positive experiences with the service team at Bob Hastings service and collision. I purchased my car from Saturn in '04 and had it serviced almost exclusively at the dealership, and sinc team at Bob Hastings service and collision. I purchased my car from Saturn in '04 and had it serviced almost exclusively at the dealership, and since they closed have been going to the Bob Hastings group. I really prefer to have my car serviced at a dealership/manufacturer, my experience with outside service providers has not been great. I am a proponent of preventative maintenance and I hope the team at Bob Hastings is leading me in the right direction. I want to get the most out of my car before having to replace it in the next few years. More
