The purpose for my visit was to receive an oil change for my vehicle. I chose to go to Buick because of my spouse's experience with the high level of service they receive. I wanted to continue to bring my my vehicle. I chose to go to Buick because of my spouse's experience with the high level of service they receive. I wanted to continue to bring my Saab to an authorized GM service center to ensure it receives the best level of service possible. It was pointed out that my inspection was due so that was taken care of as well. Although not a huge opportunity to experience Hasting service, I was pleased with the limited exposure I had. The process of getting a car was great. They listened to our needs (listening is an art - especially at car dealers). They made is very easy and we ended up getting 2 cars!
