Jim was very much on his game with getting the car repaired and done in a timely manner. He gave me a time when the car would be ready and it was done and I was on the road. When I called to make appointment I asked about shuttle service to return home. Person recommended 9AM. I arrived at about 8:55 AM and just as we finished up, the shuttle service driver Bernie arrived an service to return home. Person recommended 9AM. Service was done shortly after noon, received call and told that shuttle service would be arriving at my house in 15 minutes...it did and it was a great experience. I was there for an inspection. They passed my car and wrote down what I needed. They didnt charge me anything, as I am a preferred customer.
