I have had my GMC Acadia for almost 5years now and every time I have used the service department at Hastings. I am always greeted with a smile and everyone listens to my concerns with the car. I always bring my Saturn for oil changes and to keep up with auto maintenance needs. Michelle does a great job of welcoming customers, many by name; and the rest of the Team is very knowledgeable concerning the repair needs of the vehicles that service. Jim is always very nice to deal with and explains what has to be done. They never do any work without consulting with me first. I imported my car into Canada and Tim was great to deal with over the phone and email. He answered all of my questions or concerns promptly. I didnt have the pleasure of meeting him, but dealt with Marc wh with over the phone and email. He answered all of my questions or concerns promptly. I didnt have the pleasure of meeting him, but dealt with Marc when I picked-up my car. After inspecting, Marc fixed all the issues we found. Although the used car I purchased was not a Buick/GMC, I highly recommend this dealership for their service. Exporting/Importing a car can be intimidating and they really assisted in getting all the paperwork ready. Thank you Tim and Mark! More
I had a major water leak in my car. The windshield had already been replaced, but the problem persisted. I talked to Jim Pilosi before scheduling service. He said they would track down the leak and let me already been replaced, but the problem persisted. I talked to Jim Pilosi before scheduling service. He said they would track down the leak and let me know what needed to be done. He estimated the cost between $75-$200. The "water leak specialist" found the heating unit drain plugged and a cracked seal. The work was done ahead of schedule, and the bill was less than $85. I was very happy. I can depend on Bob Hastings to deliver honest estimates and quality workmanship. I know when I call with a service problem that the personnel, especially Jim, will get the job done. More
They were very helpful in trying to help me get my truck to pass inspection. When I couldn't afford all the work that needed to be done, they were still understanding and attentive. I came to pick up my truck and there was an unexpected wait of half an hour or more and I was annoyed because I had called 24hrs in advance to let them know when I would be picking the truck up and they said it was ready... but when I left I noticed that they had given me a free oil change for my unplanned wait. They are dedicated to customer service! More
