My salesman was fabulous Rauny would get a 10! The financing guy was a total jerk and was condescending and offensive! I made it clear from my first call to the dealership that it was a GM discoun The financing guy was a total jerk and was condescending and offensive! I made it clear from my first call to the dealership that it was a GM discount cash sale, stated the exact make/model and color, stated no extended warranty or rustproofing needed. When I went to pickup I was forced to meet with the financing person, he insisted I watch a “compliance video” which was trying to sell the extended warranty, that I declined in advance, which was a total waste of my time. In addition, he made a very rude comment after I declined and implied that I just lost out on free oil changes for life vs. him just keeping quiet and closing the deal. He definitely cost the dealership a loyal customer. In contrast, a month earlier I bought a similar priced vehicle, same terms as above with a 100% satisfied experience. The other car was a Chevy and I had my heart set on a Buick for this purchase so tried Vision. it was an unfortunate outcome to what should have been a piece of cake sale and very satisfied customer.
