Started out good. But is going down daily. Payoff of trade in was submitted late and is accruing daily charges. Registration of my plates are now expired because DMV says they have not received the re trade in was submitted late and is accruing daily charges. Registration of my plates are now expired because DMV says they have not received the renewal/transfer paperwork. And have left to voicemails to the finance manager about these issues and haven't received a callback yet. More

Made the appointment and then spent time going there to be told that the recommendation is not to fix the problem because they would need to take off the front of the car.
