Avoid Vision Buick/GMC! When I bought my vehicle Vision included a voucher for ten free oil changes as part of the purchase agreement. I went in for an oil change today only for the service manager to tell me that they have reneged on our oil change agreement. I have 9 oil changes left that they refuse to honor. The worst experience in years. Sales guy Niko Q changed numbers from 13k to over 15k. He didn’t know warranty details, I had to school him.
