We had a problem in the beginning with a salesman. But then we talked to Mike the executive general manager and he told us we would make things right. Normally, I have no complaints of the vision dodge dealership in Penfield. However, this change on March 21, 2024. I’ve spent thes of thousands of dollars over the last 10 years at this dealer. When I presented 2 coupons right from their website to them, they wouldn’t honor them because of the disclaimer which states that these coupons may not apply to certain models. Models are not listed on this disclaimer and I submit that this dealer could use that general disclaimer for all vehicles in order not to honor the coupon. To make an extra $40, this dealer has lost a customer. I’ll go to the Dodge dealer in Webster from now on. Spending tens of thousands of dollars mean nothing to corporate who put the $40 profit over the satisfaction of a customer who has bought 2 cars and 2 extended warranty’s from this dealer. More
I brought my vehicle to the dealership September 29, 2023 because the vehicle would not shift to park and in turn could not be turned off. I did not get my vehicle back until January 11, 2024. I was never to because the vehicle would not shift to park and in turn could not be turned off. I did not get my vehicle back until January 11, 2024. I was never told what the actual issue was, no one ever called to update me. I had to call repeatedly to try and get information to no avail. I was told in November that the part needed for my car would be in December 4 and I would have my car by end of that week. I let a week go by to see if anyone would call with an update once that date passed and nothing. I had to call only to be told they had 10 cars in with transmission issues and have to work them in the order they came in. Then to add insult to injury I was now being force to buy a battery, because mine was completely dead due the issue I was having. I had no issues with my battery up until this occurred. I argued this point but was told I would have to replace battery myself. We went ahead and paid for the battery. However, when we picked up the car we were informed there systems were down so they could not provide me with a receipt at that time they would have to mail it. Although, the system worked fine enough to take my payment for the battery. Needless to say 2months later and I still have not received the receipt to show the labor done and the purchase of my battery. I called in February to inquire about the receipt and was told Dino no longer works there and left a lot of work for them, but he would be getting it out soon. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. I will never buy a vehicle from this company again nor bring my car for service. More
